The Life Theory (Life, Systems, Processes and Consequences/Results) by FreeMen Pasurai

This hypothesis takes introspection into what an individual faces on the onset of birth to death. It is how an individual faces and tackles down life situations that determines success or failure

a) Life
Life entails the coming to life of an individual from the mother’s womb. The moment an individual is born, he/she finds a world with its systems, processes and consequences of actions. Hence the born individual has to conform to the predetermined expectations of a lifetime. Why predetermined, it is because the society/family that the individual would live in, has its own norms, values and beliefs that the individual has to follow. At birth, the way someone is born sets the tone for life but does not decide success or failure. Some are cursed at birth, maybe by blood lineage, their immediate family or even parents, and some are blessed and accorded greatness by their immediate family or parents. Ever heard of names like Shupikai, Nhamoinesu, Hardlife or Ropafadzo, Success, Tanaka..etc. Ever heard of a mother shouting, zidofo, kushata saBaba…that’s the tone for life a parent can set for an individual.
Another aspect of life is that, when an individual is born, the place and way someone is born shows what kind of life that individual would pursue maybe up to self emancipation or for good. Born in Chivi, someone grows up in Chivi, learns in Chivi, marries in Chivi and consequently dies in Chivi. That’s the tone of life that birth may set upon an individual.

b) Systems
A system denotes a structure. Therefore when someone comes to life there is a system already existing maybe ever since time immemorial. This system is political, social, economic, legal, technological and ecological.  The way someone fits and responds to the systems in life determines success or failure.
The political system of the day, determines the volatility of the environment and the peaceful nature of how someone will start off in life. Here, what comes to mind are the refugees and asylum seekers. This wandering life is because of the political systems of the day. The social system of the day depicts the core values that an individual has to inculcate and go by. Society has the power to label individuals and alienate them from processes and the necessary social needs. The state of the economy also plays a pivotal role in the success of an individual. The economic situation has adverse and positive effects on an individual’s ambitions. Hence the dexterity to weave into systems of the day and manipulate opportunities brought forth by the systems differentiates failure and success of an individual.

c) Process
The ability to follow laid down procedures and to meet the requirements is the most important aspect of this life. In whatever we do, there is a laid down course of action to be followed, be it legal, social, personal or organizational. Success of an individual in our societies is judged by the ability of an individual to meet the minimum basic requirements. The most successful people are those who meet the maximum requirements. Each and every aspect of our lives has stages to be followed. Defying these stages, denying their existence and failing to meet their requirements emanates into what our society terms failure. The route or course of action to success is not a one way, but processes are part and parcel of the road to success. Be it in business and academics, they are processes, prudent man who listen to their call of destiny take heed of these and defy and deny failure.

d) Consequences/ Results
Whatever man does, be it a sigh or a blinker, this has its own consequences. The way a man responds to his situation at birth, to the systems he becomes exposed to and to the processes to be followed in life determines the concept of success. Deviation to the laws of the land leads to apprehension. Failure to meet the set standards emanates into failure. Not taking heed to the politics of the day leads to more than what a person bargains for! All the actions a person takes have consequences positive or negative. Therefore a man should be aware of his actions and their consequences. The ability to respond to the consequences in a favorable manner also decides the caliber of a man you are. Worst consequences/situations in life do not need surrender but a brave face and heart which are able to conquer and alter the bad into the good

Conclusion
You know your birthplace and your family, you know the life you have led ever since birth, you have experienced the systems of this existence, processes of self establishment and consequences of your actions, hence deviance or conformity will determine your legacy in this life!
